Job description
1. Office Administration (Primary duties)
- Prepare for monthly meetings, including agenda, finances, communication
- Maintain online calendar of events for the board.
- Manage communications via Lambton Federation email and Locally Lambton email on a timely basis
- Plan, book and prepare for LFA events
- Plan, book and prepare for LFA regional meeting and annual meeting
- Provide agriculture support documents for interested parties (i.e. council, schools, commodity groups)
- Deliver materials andbanners as needed
- Manage, advertise, update and compile scholarships and applications
- Manage all advertising related to LFA
- Answer calls, check voicemail and filter info to board
- Manage directors listing and committee listing
- Prepare all documents related to LFA business (internally and through printer)
- Monthly radio show
2. Office Administration (Secondary duties if comfortable with the technology)
- Maintain Locally Lambton and LFA website and keep updated
- Manage social media accounts
3. Occasional Secretary Treasurer duties, after training (Backup to current Secretary Treasurer)
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Contract
Salary: From $25.00 per hour
