Customer Service/Office Manager/Virtual Assistant

Seeking an energetic, friendly and team-oriented individual to assist with day to day administrative, sales, and marketing related tasks.

The position includes providing exceptional customer service, including quoting and processing orders, following up on customer inquiries, providing status updates on existing orders, resolving issues as they arise, researching new prospective leads and other miscellaneous administrative duties.

  • Be a self-starter and motivated work ontheir own.
  • Have tremendous organizational skills.
  • Detail oriented and focused.
  • We are looking for someone who is efficient and thoroughly organized in their day to day tasks.
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under stress and time constraints.
  • Access and use of personal phone and computer is required.
  • Work from home/remotely.
  • Knowledge of the equestrian industry an asset.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
