Administrative Assistant

I am looking for an Administrative Assistant to add to an established team to perform any tasks required and ensure the smooth running of our office. As an Administrative Assistant, you must be knowledgeable in all aspects of administrative work and technology. You will exhibit high standards with attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. Looking for someone with a strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines, focused on delivering excellence with integrity to clients will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role. We expect you to possess excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as organizational, planning and time management abilities. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, have strong analytical skills and enjoy working in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure file organization based on office protocol
  • Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
  • Support projects
  • Must have the ability to deal skillfully and effectively with other team members
  • Highlyorganized
  • Manage processes through to completion
  • Handle administrative issues for the advisor
  • Able to protect advisor’s time by filtering action items
  • Answer calls and emails and help clients

Qualifications

  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and also work independently with minimal supervision/direction
  • Financial knowledge is an asset but willing to train the right individual
  • Highly adaptable in a fast paced and ever changing industry
