From its 10 locations in Western and Northern Canada, Ketek is able to provide services and rental equipment to clients throughout the region’s oil and gas, mining, construction, and municipal sectors.
Position Background:
The Administrator will be responsible for providing general assistance to the Branch Managers as it pertains to data entry or reception duties.
Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Answer incoming calls/ Reception duties
  • Perform general reception duties might be required
  • Sort, fill, and file required paperwork
  • Input timesheets
  • Prepare and send mailbags
  • Orientations
  • Training
  • Maintain organization within the office and ensure office supplies are stocked
  • Provide documentation to Head Office
  • Act as a liaison between the branch and Head Office
  • Work togetherwith employees to help complete all required paperwork
  • Light Cleaning Duties and Supply Runs
  • Other general reception duties as they arise
  • Represent Ketek in a light that is commensurate with the values of Management and the Corporate Vision and Mission Statements


Required Education and Experience:


  • High School Diploma
  • Post-secondary education is an asset
  • Advanced in Microsoft Suite products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong work ethic, organizational and planning skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in the English language (reading, written, spoken).

Depends on the skills and qualifications of the individual.
