We have an opportunity for a Sr Customer Experience Specialist to join our Honeywell Elster team in Essen (Belgium).  The Customer Experience Organization has an important role to play as they serve as the primary support to customer facing functions (front office).

Sr. Customer Experience Specialist responsibilities:
Act as an active interface between our customer, Sales, P&E, Logistics and Finance to meet customer expectations.
•Timely gather all relevant info to accurately respond to all customer queries related to product specifications, lead times and prices.
•Preparing quotations in response to customer enquiries for standard products and spare parts.
•Preparing and sending offers to customers in cooperation with P&E department and Sales/Account Managers.
•Validation and order entry of customer orders.
•Creating PO’s on local suppliers and follow up on delivery times.
•Ensuring timely resolution of all potential roadblocks preventing order processing flowing seamlessly to fulfilment (price discrepancy, credit blocks, material specifications).
•Organizing shipments and invoicing.
•Handling of customer complaints.
•Keeping the information in the ERP system up-to-date in cooperation with the relevant master data teams. (e.g. customer and material master data)

Vaardigheden kwalificaties

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
• 5 + years as Customer Experience Specialist preferably in the gas sector. Experience in other process/manufacturing industries will be taken into consideration.
• High level of skill in ERP systems - preferably SAP.
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications (MS Office: Excel, Word, Power Point).
• Knowledge of Dutch and English. French is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Experience working in a customer-facing role.
