BNP PARIBAS ASSET MANAGEMENT is looking for a : Transfer Agent Relationship Manager (H / F) permanent contract The primary mission of the Transfer Agent Relationship Manager is to establish and provide a proactive support platform for the BNP Paribas Asset Management clients and portfolio managers regarding distribution ;
This will be achieved through managing a robust relationship with delegated TA providers, and also by coordinating internal requests and looking for service improvements or automation. Your mission :
Relationship manager role
Manage the relationship with delegated service providers on the Transfer Agent Service in Luxembourg, Belgium and Netherlands of BNPP AM Funds.
Coordinate and prepare the various governance bodies (Service Reviews, various Committees) and respect the deadlines and the quality of contents.
Oversight the quality of the service provided by BP2S and other TA : monitoring of KPI / BAU / incidents management / Projects and Change.
Be the point of contact for claims and complaints and coordinate TA operational issues.
Manage changes with the providers and adjust the governance accordingly.
Provide the logistical support for Business initiatives in relation with worldwide Client Services and Sales team : creation of new type of funds / share classes for specific distribution channel, and take part to projects in coordination with various department (Client Services, Sales, Portfolio Managers, Finances Dpt, Risk & Compliance )
Analyse the structural dysfunctions; propose improvements and follow-up their implementation.
Coordinate the SLA (Service Level Agreements), define expected level of service expected and roles and responsibilities of each parties.
Risk monitoring of the TA outsourced services
Monitor and map all Transfer Agent providers to identify criteria’s related to the risks for our Management Companies.
Maintain the control plan and produce KPI and metrics to assess the quality of service delivered by the providers.
Monitor the costs charged by TA providers : capacity to identify the triggers of potential savings.
Organise and participate to Due Diligences on the Transfer Agent activity.
Techn ical skills :
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
Experience of the mutual fund industry in Europe
Good knowledge of the regulatory and statutory requirements in connection with mutual funds Soft skills :
