We are the corner stone between commercial teams and logistics organizations. You will be part of a dynamic and multicultural organization located in Lyon and working cross-functionally with international teams (UAE / Russia / South Africa / Turkey .
Our ambition is to help dealers to optimize customers uptime.

Service Center has initiated a transformation journey, utilizing the possibilities with new technologies and advanced analytics.
As a member of the Business Support team, you take part in an interesting change journey. We are, as we speak, starting to shift from very manual routines to more digital, efficient, and environmental carefulness service provider.
You will be in charge to lead the analysis of current processes, identify opportunities and coordinate their implementation.
To success in this challenge, you will be a key player in citizen development / early adopter’s international networks where you will share ideas and issues.
