SML Lyon RMEA (Service Market Logistics Lyon Russia Middle East Africa) Service Center is a customer-oriented team, responsible to secure Dealers support on any logistics’ request.

We are the corner stone between commercial teams and logistics organizations. You will be part of a dynamic and multicultural organization located in Lyon and working cross-functionally with international teams (UAE / Russia / South Africa / Turkey .

Our ambition is to help dealers to optimize customers uptime.

Job Description :

Service Center has initiated a transformation journey, utilizing the possibilities with new technologies and advanced analytics.

As a member of the Business Support team, you take part in an interesting change journey. We are, as we speak, starting to shift from very manual routines to more digital, efficient, and environmental carefulness service provider.

You will be in charge to lead the analysis of current processes, identify opportunities and coordinate their implementation.

To success in this challenge, you will be a key player in citizen development / early adopter’s international networks where you will share ideas and issues.

Required knowledge / experience

  • M Sc degree in information technology, supply chain, logistics or experience equivalent to the same knowledge level.
  • Maximum two years of previous working experience, prior to or after graduation.
  • As this is a truly global program, most of your meetings and emails will be in English, hence you need to be fluent in both speaking and writing in English.
  • Valid work-permit for applied country if not citizen.
  • You have a passion for developing people, operations and product and are a communicative team player that values the full diversity of the team.
  • You are a fast learner in cloud-based technologies (Azure), coding (Power Automate, Python, ), automation (IoT, RPA, ) and visualization (PowerBi, )
