We are looking for a dedicated, highly motivated bilingual person

  • English/French –English/Italian – English/German, who will be responsible for raising visibility of our company.

  • Gates through the accomplishments of our customers. The Customer Reference Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of a company-wide customer success marketing and outreach program and will encourage our customers to share their stories.

Requirements

  • Work with Sales Executives and Account Managers to develop and build relationships with existing customers, to capture compelling success stories, to be able to speak about how these customers use our services.

  • Interact with IT professionals in a high-tech industry to be able to create captivating and innovative customer content assets demonstrating the type of companies that rely on Gates solutions.

  • Articulate customer testimonials to boost the sales team with success stories across different verticals and solutions deployment.

  • Ensure a streamlined process to work with the sales and support services team to identify customer stories.

  • Be able to create a plan to scale the customer reference program, recruitment, reference nurturing and reference fulfillment process as the company grows.

  • Be creative and introduce fresh ideas, strategies, campaigns, and much more!

Experience

  • You have superior communication skills, a B-to-B marketing background, high tech industry experience, and a demonstrated ability to interact with IT professionals. You are creative, detail-oriented with strong organizational and writing skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Minimum 2 years of program or project management and/or building a similar customer relationship/content development program.

  • Customer-facing experience (particularly with senior level audiences), and experience initiating and fostering relationships with customers.

  • Experience managing marketing or sales campaigns from concept, to implementation, to results analysis.

  • Experience working with internal and external teams

  • Professional and self-motivated leader and team member, that can organize and manage projects across functions (especially with Marketing, Sales, and Engineering) and with multiple stakeholders and contributors

  • Ability to translate technical details and implementation success into engaging stories consumable by diverse audiences

  • Outgoing with dynamic verbal and written communication skills

  • Customer centric interest and tendencies

  • A self-managed, quick learner that can think independently, knows when and how to seek feedback, can move ahead and keep projects on pace

Education

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) Required. Advanced degrees appreciated.
