We are currently seeking a Global Consulting Project Manager based in the UK or continental Europe.
What can you expect?
As part of the Advisory Solutions & Insights team, you will join a passionate team of 40+ professionals whose vision is to set Mercer apart as an industry thought leader and trusted strategic advisor.
You will play a leading role in evolving our next-generation strategy and approach to enable Mercer to deliver cutting-edge advisory offerings and thought leadership to our clients and prospects.
You will be responsible for managing projects from both sides of the Advisory Solutions & Insights portfolio.
On the Solutions side, you will manage projects related to our three priority solution areas (skills / career frameworks, future of rewards, and employee experience).
These projects can include launch of a new solution suite, creation of thought leadership assets, maintenance of internal and external Web presence, sales reporting, and contributing to Mercer’s point of view in these key areas.
On the Insights side, you will manage global thought leadership campaigns for HR, Benefits, and C-Suite buyers (e.g., Global Talent Trends, When People Thrive, and People Risk).
Activities will include survey design, creation of new content assets, coordination with Marketing and PR, and much more.

We will count on you to
Create project plans and timelines
Manage projects to completion (manage deliverables, ensure quality, organize resources, liaise with marketing, make connections to other projects, etc)
Lead on and / or contribute to deliverables where your background, knowledge, and skills are a fit
Develop and nurture relationships across Mercer to help drive progress
Engage with stakeholders, gather their input, and keep them informed
Work with junior team members to delegate appropriately, peer review, and provide feedback. On any given day, this can mean you are meeting with a project team to review progress, creating a project plan for a new project, writing, or editing a short content asset on a trending topic, prepping an exciting deck for an internal briefing, doing competitive research, and updating a proposal template for a priority solution.

What you need to have :
Comparable experience leading projects in a complex, highly collaborative, multi-stakeholder environment.
Solid experience in the HR space (consulting or in-house).
Strong English-language written & verbal communication.
Comfort with Word and Excel; advanced PowerPoint skills.
