Customer Service Employee | French & Dutch

Job description

Are you a pro at customer contact / service? Is customer satisfaction important to you? Would you like to be part of the highest standard in customer service for the Netherlands and Belgium? Then we’re looking for you!

This international customer service team is located in Borsbeek Belgium and Bleiswijk in the Netherlands. They oversee customer service for 70+ locations in the Netherlands and 11 in Belgium.

You will be responsible for their Belgian clientele alongside 15 other employees. Other responsibilities include answering customer queries by email and telephone.

Chat and social media will soon be introduced.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year work experience in customer service.
• C2 level of Dutch and French
• Customer focused
• Driven by results
• Proactive and show initiative
• Available 38 hours from Monday to Friday between 08.00 and 18.00 and 1x Saturday per month
